Maj Gen S. Radhakrishnan (Retd) is a senior project leader and mentor with nearly four decades of experience guiding high-stakes teams through complexity, pressure, and change.
A former General Officer from the Indian Army who later moved into public-sector infrastructure and disaster-management leadership, he pairs operational clarity with care for people—using clear routines (checklists, time edges, weekly resets) plus usable techniques that build emotional bandwidth and keep teams performing without burning out. His work spans large, multi-agency programs and on-the-ground execution, with a focus on safety, quality, and accountable delivery. A practical teacher at heart, he translates strong ideas into tools people can use on a busy weekday, and he coaches professionals to communicate plainly, make better decisions under load, and lead without burning out.
He currently serves as Senior Project Advisor with an engineering consultancy of the Government of Kerala, supporting mission-critical projects and mentoring cross-functional teams.
