 Kashmir is an enigma for many, and so is the life of an army wife. Not many, likewise, know about issues faced by the Kashmiri Pandits who were exiled from the land of their ancestors towards the fag end of the previous century. This book, written by a Kashmiri Pandit in exile, who happens to be an army wife, covers a vast canvas of issues as these relate to life in general and Kashmir in particular. Written from the author’s heart, it is a collection of her experiences as an army wife and her days in Kashmir before and after the exodus.
