In the high-stakes world of global generics, control isn’t taken — it’s constructed, moment by moment, word by word.
When international tariffs rattle the pharmaceutical industry, Bononi Med Bio is thrust into turbulence. At its centre stands Aruna: sharp, composed and unflinching
— a CEO who rose from modest beginnings in Lucknow to the top of a volatile empire.
But boardrooms carry older loyalties and deeper secrets than strategy alone can navigate. As global pressures mount, alliances fracture and rivalries — quiet, personal and long-simmering — begin to surface.
Behind closed doors, decisions are made. Some are strategic. Others are far more human.
Spanning continents and career-defining consequences, Aruna: The Shape of Control is a taut corporate thriller — a portrait of power, ambition and the cost of everything not said.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Raised in Lucknow, Siladitya carries with him the texture and temperament of a city that balances grace with quiet resilience — much like the characters he writes. With over two decades in people-centric roles, including nearly eighteen years in human resources, he has spent much of his life observing how power moves — not just in boardrooms but in pauses, silences and choices that never make it to paper.
Aruna: The Shape of Control is his first novel. It explores the mechanics of ambition, loyalty and the hidden costs of influence — themes he's long seen unfold in real life.
He lives in Greater Noida, where he continues to reflect, write and remain quietly observant of the world around him.
