Eleven-year-old Vinay is left in Nagar with Nishi and her parents while his beloved dog Rini is boarded in a kennel. He dislikes Nishi but thankfully finds a friend in Pavan from the house next door. Then Rini escapes from the kennel and finds her way to Vinay, and life becomes much more exciting – and tense – because she is there.
Then, a class excursion to Nagar fort goes awry and Vinay and Rini find themselves in the middle of a thrilling adventure…
